About The Position

ATG is hiring a Government Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with active public sector customers after a contract is awarded. The role supports contract continuity, compliance, customer adoption, and account expansion, enabling the Government Account Executive to focus on strategic growth, new business, and complex procurements. The position is based preferably in North Little Rock, Arkansas, or Phoenix, Arizona; remote work is available for candidates located more than 40 miles from either office. An on-site interview at one of those offices is required for all candidates. Attendance at ATG’s in-person GeT Aboard onboarding summit at its North Little Rock headquarters is also required. The Government Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for active government customers, oversees contract health and renewals, coordinates invoice and payment follow-up, keeps CRM account information current, and identifies qualified expansion opportunities within existing agencies. The role builds trusted-advisor relationships and conducts quarterly business reviews with larger or strategic accounts. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
