About The Position

As a Gourmet Food Server at Moneyline Pizza & Bar in ARIA, you will deliver an engaging dining experience in a high-energy sports lounge featuring elevated game-day favorites and craft beverages. You will guide guests through their dining experience by taking and delivering orders accurately, maintaining polished tables, and providing attentive hospitality to support guest satisfaction. The role also includes finalizing checks, completing side work, and keeping your station organized.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 5 years of prior relevant food and beverage experience in a high-paced environment, including food service experience.
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Guide guests through all phases of their restaurant experience.
• Use selling techniques and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items from every course.
• Itemize bills correctly and secure payment efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and stock of the assigned area, side station, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) station.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate with management, the chef, and culinary staff to fulfill and address issues or needs requested by guests or employees.
