Google Pixel Sales Specialist (Verizon Partner Store)
About The Position
The Google Pixel Sales Specialist owns Google Pixel sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The role focuses on selling Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories; building awareness of Google’s ecosystem; and maximizing sales against defined quotas. The specialist also serves as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador, helping Verizon associates confidently demonstrate and sell Pixel products. The position is a contract role starting ASAP and ending January 8, 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to sales benchmarks.
Requirements
- A strong sales background with a documented track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- High initiative, urgency, and ability to work without close supervision.
- A competitive, performance-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong customer engagement and closing ability, including approaching customers and overcoming objections.
- Ability to teach and inspire others to help increase Pixel sales.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; the equipment fits in a standard trunk.
Nice To Haves
- Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Increase Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
- Proactively engage customers and sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
- Conduct product huddles and shadow associates to support their Pixel sales efforts.
- Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives with converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
- Maintain the Google Pixel display area so it is clean, functional, and visually prominent.
- Promote current Google offers and maintain an energized, brand-focused store environment.
