About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing Google Pixel sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist serves as an in-store brand ambassador, engaging customers and selling Pixel devices and ecosystem products while acting as the store’s resident Pixel expert. The role also supports and coaches Verizon associates so they can confidently recommend Pixel products, increasing the team’s overall sales impact.

This is a contract position beginning as soon as possible and ending January 8, 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• Approachable, high-energy communicator able to engage customers, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Able to teach and inspire others.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; the equipment fits in a standard trunk.

• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
• Conduct product huddles and shadow associates to support their Pixel sales efforts.
• Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Maintain a clean, functional, and prominent Google Pixel display area.
• Keep the store environment focused on current Google promotions.
