About The Position

Join our team as a Golf Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead daily operations at our golf course bar and grill. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee food and beverage service, support staff performance, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals with hospitality or restaurant leadership experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor golf course environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food & beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
  • Prior POS system experience preferred
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
  • SERV Safe and TIPS certifications preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, dependable, and guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40lbs regularly
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily food and beverage operations at the golf course bar, grill, and service areas
  • Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service
  • Supervise and support team members, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll oversight
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and step in to cover shifts as needed
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking food and beverage products
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Set up and break down outdoor bar and grill operations daily
  • Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, and daily sales accuracy
  • Support hiring efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
  • Enforce opening and closing procedures and operational standards
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures
  • Drive revenue growth through strong service execution and operational efficiency
