About The Position

Join our team as a Seasonal Golf Food & Beverage Attendant and deliver a high-quality dining and service experience for golfers and resort guests. In this guest-facing role, you’ll take and serve food and beverage orders, maintain clean and organized service areas, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience in a dynamic golf course environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, working outdoors, and engaging with guests.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle transactions accurately using a POS system
Positive attitude, dependable, and service-oriented
Ability to obtain a valid Bartender License (City of Delavan)

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide excellent customer service
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Prepare and serve food items, snacks, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
Operate POS system to process payments and manage transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, counters, and equipment
Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure smooth operations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Assist guests with questions, recommendations, and special requests
Support daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service
