About The Position

Join our team as a Seasonal Beverage Cart Attendant and provide exceptional on-course service to golfers and guests. In this guest-facing role, you’ll serve food and beverages directly on the golf course, ensuring a convenient, friendly, and efficient experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and delivering great service in a fast-paced golf environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience with POS systems preferred
  • Valid Bartender License (City of Delavan or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work independently in an outdoor environment
  • Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
  • Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30–40 lbs regularly
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous food service, bar, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide food and beverage service to guests on and around the golf course
  • Take and prepare guest orders, including simple food items and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
  • Operate POS system to process cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Open and close cash drawer, including verifying bank and balancing at end of shift
  • Maintain proper inventory levels on the beverage cart, including restocking food, beverages, and supplies
  • Conduct daily liquor and product inventory counts to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Follow all alcohol service laws and resort policies, including verifying guest age
  • Keep beverage cart, service areas, and prep spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Maintain sanitary conditions and follow all food safety guidelines
  • Complete supply requisitions and communicate inventory needs to management
  • Provide friendly, engaging service to enhance the guest golf experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Golf Operations or Food & Beverage leadership
