The Go-To-Market Specialist is responsible for executing product launches and campaigns within the Safety & Racing division, ensuring all assets, channels, and cross-functional teams are aligned and ready for market. Embedded within the division marketing team, this role serves as the operational hub for launch execution — coordinating across product, merchandising, content, paid media, and sales to ensure DTC, 3P marketplace, B2B, and distributor channels are fully prepared. This role also supports the application of enterprise GTM systems and tools to ensure messaging, content, and campaign outputs are aligned to strategy and delivered efficiently. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategy into action.
