About The Position

Speechify is seeking its first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA Voice Agents. This role is focused on building and owning the technical systems that power the outbound sales motion. The GTM Engineer will be responsible for lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. This is a purely infrastructure and systems role, ensuring that prospects receive the right message at the right time and that the Sales team has the necessary tooling and data to succeed. The ideal candidate will have experience building outbound systems from scratch and a strong understanding of GTM tools like Clay and Apollo, with a focus on pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • A mindset focused on funnels and data-driven measurement, with an obsessive tracking of metrics like pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship fast, maintain simplicity, and operate proactively without waiting for explicit permission.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows that operate at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing platforms (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to minimize manual effort for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for booked meetings and created pipeline.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to ensure data cleanliness and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and rapidly adopt new AI and GTM tooling, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential implementations.
