SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify enables companies to deploy natural-sounding AI voice agents in over 71 languages with minimal latency. The team is experiencing rapid growth and requires robust systems to support this expansion, focusing on building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation necessary for pipeline generation and management. This role is for the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA. The engineer will be responsible for building and owning the technical systems that drive the outbound sales process. This includes lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and large-scale AI-powered personalization. It is a purely infrastructure and systems-focused role, ensuring prospects receive targeted messages at the right time and that the Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data. The ideal candidate has experience building outbound systems from scratch and is proficient with tools like Clay and Apollo, with a focus on pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in terms of funnels and a data-driven approach, obsessively tracking metrics like pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • A proactive approach to shipping fast, keeping things simple, and taking initiative without waiting for explicit permission.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and scalable sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing tools (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual effort for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and optimize for meeting bookings and pipeline creation.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to maintain data integrity and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential implementations.
