About The Position

The General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP) is a full-time, two-year leadership development initiative designed to prepare participants for General Manager roles. The program includes cross-functional rotations, hands-on training, executive mentorship, formal leadership development, and project-based learning. Participants gain experience in business operations and leadership while working with senior leaders in a values-driven organization focused on sustainability, innovation, and community impact. Applicants must be willing to work across various business units in the area during rotations and relocate for post-program placement.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Foundational understanding of business finance, operations, and performance metrics.
MBA degree completed or expected within 12 months.
3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Willingness to work in various business units within the area for rotational assignments.
Willingness to relocate for post-program placement.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotational work assignments across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Analyze business performance metrics, including sales, gross profit, and inventory, to support data-driven decisions.
Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing team members.
Participate in formal training sessions, leadership workshops, and project-based learning.
Demonstrate commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical business practices.
Build and maintain relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders.
