About The Position

The Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program (GCO-LDP) is a 12-month, full-time development program based in Spring House, Pennsylvania, with hybrid work (three days onsite and two days remote). It provides rotations across Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Manager, and Local Trial Manager functions, based on business needs, alongside formal mentorship, sponsorship, networking, leadership development, and practical work experience. The Site Manager rotation is in Immunology, Neuroscience-Cardiovascular, or Oncology; the Clinical Trial Assistant and Local Trial Manager rotations will not be in Oncology. The program is designed to build knowledge of pharmaceutical development, Global Clinical Operations procedures, policies and regulatory requirements, trial-management logistics and administration across start-up, execution, and close-out, and patient safety in clinical trials. After successful completion, participants may be placed in a Site Manager or Local Trial Manager role depending on business needs and skillset. Site Managers work remotely in an assigned U.S. region and travel as needed; Local Trial Managers work remotely and manage U.S. study deliverables without travel associated with the position. The role provides administrative and logistical support to clinical trial teams, helps maintain study records and systems, and supports site and country feasibility, trial start-up, monitoring, management, and close-out. It also involves collaboration with global and local study teams, maintaining inspection readiness, complying with company policies and applicable regulations, and contributing to process improvements and other operational needs.
