The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is an exciting opportunity for a strategic talent acquisition professional who thrives at the intersection of sourcing, market intelligence, and AI-enabled talent strategy. In this role, you will support hiring across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, using market intelligence, sourcing tools, data, and AI to identify talent trends and build high-impact sourcing strategies. Your work will go beyond building pipelines; you will generate insights that help recruiters and the broader business better understand talent availability, market dynamics, and emerging skill sets across global regions. You will serve as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition partners and business stakeholders, translating research and market intelligence into actionable sourcing strategies that support immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical with a strong interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve how organizations identify, engage, and compete for talent globally.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment.
  • Proven experience supporting senior-level and niche searches across both technical and non-technical functions
  • Confidence in building and executing data-driven sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Experience conducting talent mapping and market research to identify target companies, niche talent pools, and competitive landscapes
  • Strong consultative skills, with the ability to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, share insights, and recommend search strategies
  • Expertise using AI tools and technology to enhance sourcing strategy, candidate identification, and market research
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with ambiguity, urgency, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse, data-driven, and AI-enabled sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities, regional talent markets, and industry best practices
  • Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-ray search, AI sourcing platforms, and other talent tools
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the U.S., Canada, APAC, and EMEA
  • Partner with Recruiters and business leaders to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies and talent engagement plans
  • Serve as a talent advisor to Recruiters by sharing sourcing best practices, market insights, and provide ongoing sourcing training
  • Develop a deep understanding of Guidepoint’s business, organizational model, cross-functional talent needs, regional hiring priorities, and competitor landscape
  • Conduct market mapping, talent availability analysis, and skill-set research to inform recruiting strategy and business decisions
  • Analyze market insights and talent intelligence to advise Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders on talent landscape, search feasibility, compensation trends, location strategy, and candidate availability
  • Influence stakeholders using data gathered from sourcing activity, market research, and talent intelligence, providing insights and implications that drive effective search strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on pipeline health, search criteria, market findings, sourcing conversion metrics, and regional talent trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes, research methodology, reporting, and the use of AI-enabled tools across Talent Acquisition
