The Talent Sourcer owns the supply side of that product: building the contractor pipeline across every service line and making the hiring decisions for senior-level roles. Requirements

  • 7+ years in sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive recruiting at top staffing, services, or people-as-product organizations, with 3+ at a senior or lead level, including hands-on hiring decisions.
  • Track record of building qualified pipelines and hiring senior-level talent across multiple roles or service lines.
  • Strong interview and assessment skills with documented frameworks.
  • Proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written communication and outbound messaging skills.
  • Comfort owning channel performance metrics and defending hire/decline decisions.
  • Alignment with BELAY’s mission, vision, and values.
  • MUST RESIDE IN THE ATLANTA, GA AREA

  • Sourcing and senior-tier hiring experience in a remote, distributed, or contractor-based services business at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across all BELAY service lines.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns and proactive sourcing for priority gaps and senior-level roles.
  • Hit pipeline volume and conversion targets that support pool demand.
  • Maintain ATS hygiene, accurate dispositioning, and clean candidate records.
  • Own interviews, vetting, and the hire/no-hire call for BELAY’s senior-level contractor roles.
  • Conduct structured assessments of skill, leadership, professionalism, and BELAY alignment.
  • Make confident hire and decline decisions and document the rationale clearly.
  • Move qualified senior candidates through hiring at a pace that supports demand.
  • Apply BELAY’s hiring standard consistently across sourcing and senior-tier hiring.
  • Calibrate with the Talent team to keep the bar consistent.
  • Translate decline patterns and post-hire signals into sharper screening and interview criteria.
  • Own performance of sourcing channels (referrals, job boards, communities, outbound) and optimize the mix.
  • Test and scale new channels and sourcing tools.
  • Build and steward talent communities for repeat engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing on employer-brand assets that support sourcing.
  • Provide structured feedback to Talent Specialists on candidate readiness and gaps.
  • Share pipeline forecasts and risks with Talent leadership.
  • Hand approved senior contractors cleanly to the team responsible for client placement.
  • Contribute to playbooks, screening guides, interview guides, and training that scale judgment across the team.
