About The Position

As a member of Everpure’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer is the "intelligence officer." We aren’t looking for a box-checker; we are looking for a market investigator who is obsessed with understanding the "who, where, and why" of the technical talent landscape. This role is for someone who is naturally curious, intellectually sharp, and hungry to deconstruct competitive markets to find the talent others miss.

Requirements

  • Intellectual Curiosity: You are the type of person who dives down a "rabbit hole" to understand a new technology or find a hard-to-trace candidate. You have a high "Need for Cognition."
  • Market Hunger: You don’t just want to fill a role; you want to dominate the market segment. You are competitive, resilient, and thrive on the "win" of engaging a passive candidate who wasn't looking.
  • Analytical Mindset: You can synthesize complex information quickly. Whether it's a technical job description or a niche market report, you can extract the "signal" from the "noise."
  • Research Experience: 1–3 years of experience where deep-dive research was a primary component. This could be in recruiting, market research, or investigative journalism.
  • Strategic Communication: You have the "polish" to engage with high-level talent and the wit to write outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox.
  • Agility: You can pivot your search strategy in real-time based on what the data (and the market) is telling you.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage candidates for GSO roles across the AMER region, with a strong focus on building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and non-traditional channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity-focused organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
  • Engage passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments to evaluate alignment with role requirements and competencies.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Pure Storage by delivering an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones to ensure alignment and execution against hiring goals.
