About The Position

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Global Product Manager – Water/Wastewater is responsible for the global profitability, strategy, and lifecycle management of a key product line within our nutrient online analyzers portfolio. You will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, translating market insights into actionable strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes across regions. This position is part of the Product Management team located in Düsseldorf, Germany, and will be hybrid, or in Loveland, Colorado, US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a water, wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven experience owning or contributing to commercial performance (revenue growth, pricing, or business cases)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
  • Strong English & communications skills

  • MBA or advanced business education
  • Experience with global product launches
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Own the global P&L for the assigned product line
  • Develop business cases, forecasts, and growth strategies
  • Present performance insights and strategic plans to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and Veralto Enterprise System tools
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs, especially in wastewater treatment
  • Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis
  • Define pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives
  • Translate strategy into clear commercial execution plans
  • Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams globally
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strengthen sales enablement and value proposition positioning
  • Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into product requirements
  • Own global roadmap and lifecycle strategy
  • Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities
  • Monitor product performance across regions
