About The Position

As a Product Consultant, you will serve as the central interface between customers, data-driven solutions, and business-management questions in the hospital sector. You will help hospitals use financial and clinical data to inform operational and strategic decisions, working with LOGEX’s software suite and collaborating with customers in the German-speaking market. The role involves advising on hospital cost accounting, implementing analytical models, conducting portfolio analyses and planning, designing data architectures, and turning complex data into useful metrics and recommendations. You will present project outcomes and strategic recommendations to hospital leaders and decision-making bodies.

Requirements

• Completed degree with a business and/or IT focus, such as health or hospital economics or business administration.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Willingness to continually learn new technologies and subject areas with the company’s support.

Nice To Haves

• Subject-matter knowledge or initial professional experience in a hospital or hospital controlling environment.
• Specific knowledge of cost accounting or InEK costing.
• Knowledge or initial practical experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or QlikSense.
• Strong affinity for IT.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the introduction and further development of contribution margin and cost accounting.
• Implement process cost accounting and benchmarking models.
• Conduct portfolio analyses, planning, and simulations using the LOGEX software suite.
• Design and implement data architectures for processing large volumes of business data and real-time data.
• Develop meaningful metrics, reports, and dashboards for senior physicians, hospital management, and executive management.
• Advise hospitals on process optimization, portfolio management, and economical use of resources.
• Analyze complex datasets and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Present project results and strategic recommendations to executives, senior physicians, and decision-making bodies.
