About The Position

The Global Partner Manager, Autonomous Workforce Practice is a senior role responsible for activating and expanding Deloitte’s practice area in alignment with ServiceNow products and technologies. The role partners with global strategy teams and practice-area leaders to bring new go-to-market solutions and services to market, translating the partnership vision into customer outcomes and balancing global opportunities with local market dynamics. As the global owner of the practice area, this position aligns with partner counterparts and expands the partner’s capabilities with ServiceNow-aligned products to create pipeline and consistent execution. The role promotes ServiceNow’s Autonomous IT value proposition—self-managing IT operations that predict issues, automate routine tasks, reduce MTTR and incident volume, and free skilled resources for strategic work. It requires fluency in agentic workflows, AI specialists, orchestration models, and the progression from assistive AI to autonomous execution, as well as understanding of ServiceNow’s Data + AI + Workflow + Security platform architecture. The Global Partner Manager works with Technical Partner Advisors to co-innovate solutions and with Geo Partner Managers to align regional teams with the joint global strategy. The position owns global go-to-market planning, partner governance and reporting, cross-geo execution, partner enablement, demand generation, and operational consistency. It supports partner-led customer pursuits, pipeline development, and deal progression while identifying process improvements that make the alliance more effective. Success is measured by global pipeline and revenue growth, execution of the partner account plan, market expansion, operational rigor, field and stakeholder satisfaction, and partner maturity and enablement effectiveness.
