About The Position

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of Athos Commerce’s global partner marketing programs, as well as customer marketing and advocacy programs. The manager will collaborate with various teams including Partner, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Customer Success to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue through strategic alliances, technology partners, agencies, and marketplaces. The role also focuses on building customer relationships for references, testimonials, and community engagement. The position is critical for activating partners, enabling co-selling, mobilizing customer advocates, and positioning Athos Commerce within the ecommerce ecosystem. The manager will design scalable frameworks and execute campaigns, content, and enablement to achieve measurable results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, customer marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing roles.
  • Proven success building and executing partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience building customer advocacy programs — references, testimonials, case studies, review generation, and/or a customer advisory board.
  • Experience working with technology, agency, or platform partners in ecommerce, martech, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, partner-first and customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Partner, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global partner marketing strategy aligned to Athos Commerce’s growth objectives.
  • Define and communicate joint value propositions, positioning, and messaging for key partners and partner segments.
  • Plan and launch co-marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinars, events, content, and marketplace listings.
  • Create partner-facing marketing assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, case studies, and partner toolkits.
  • Enable partners with training, messaging, and sales-ready materials to support co-selling and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen to integrate partners into broader marketing campaigns and pipeline programs.
  • Support partner launches, announcements, and product integrations in coordination with Product and Product Marketing.
  • Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing performance using pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for strategic global partners, ensuring consistent execution across regions.
  • Build and run customer marketing programs — including customer campaigns, and advocacy communications — in close partnership with Customer Success.
  • Source, develop, and manage customer references, testimonials, and case studies to support Sales, partner co-marketing, and demand generation.
  • Grow Athos Commerce’s presence and ratings on product review sites (e.g., G2) through structured customer review campaigns.
  • Identify and cultivate customer advocates for speaking opportunities, webinars, and joint partner/customer storytelling.
