About The Position

This role is the operational heartbeat of a high-profile Financial Services account at BCD Meetings & Events. It involves keeping global teams aligned, processes sharp, and delivery running smoothly in a highly regulated, detail-focused environment. The position partners closely with leadership to drive governance, reporting, quality, and continuous improvement across event management, attendee data, web, and finance functions. The ideal candidate will enjoy building structure, solving complex challenges, and making great work happen behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and keeping complex workstreams moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven Financial Services environment.
  • Experience building SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational controls that support quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Experience turning data into action through KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and clear operational reporting.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives with strong financial accuracy and business judgment.
  • Experience using Cvent and event technology tools to improve attendee experiences, reporting, and overall program delivery.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, agency operations, account management, event management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Financial Services, enterprise, or other regulated industries where precision and professionalism matter.
  • A background in event planning, meeting management, or event operations.
  • Experience leading client-facing teams and building high-performing, accountable cultures.
