Requirements

  • A "Multiplier" Mindset: Utilizes modern systems and AI to drive speed and commercial impact in a complex, multi-tiered channel, moving beyond legacy transactional models.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to design and communicate a compelling vision that aligns channel activities with global company goals and revenue growth.
  • Channel Marketing Depth: Expertise in navigating tiered distribution and influencing OEMs and ASCs to adopt recurring revenue business models.
  • Exceptional Communication: Skilled storyteller and influencer capable of persuading executive-level partners and aligning cross-functional teams using data and commercial logic.
  • MarTech & Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of leveraging tooling, automation, and lead management for execution across an integrated global marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of a scalable global framework to guide PaperCut's multi-tier channel through a SaaS transformation.
  • Own the Global Partner Program's maturity, designing tiers and incentive frameworks (SPIFs) that reward recurring revenue, cloud adoption, and long-term customer lifecycle value.
  • Orchestrate AI-driven channel-delivery workflows and evolve the Partner Portal into a dynamic, AI-enabled hub for instant localization and reseller enablement.
  • Manage a global team of Channel Marketing Managers, developing plans, frameworks, and self-service toolkits for partners to activate their networks effectively.
  • Define the global dashboard for partner engagement and program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to prioritize investments and optimize ROI.
