Under the direction of the Global IFM and Procurement Transitions Sr. Director, the Global IFM Transitions Lead manages the global transition of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services from current suppliers to Cushman & Wakefield. The role develops and leads transition strategies and coordinates internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to support effective service deployment and go-live execution. It also uses AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and machine-learning insights to support risk detection, resource forecasting, scenario planning, workflow optimization, and consistent practices across transition programs. The position requires leadership of executive-level meetings and stakeholder teams, detailed management of portfolio and site-service information, development of presentations, process maps, workflows, dispatch strategies, and go-live tools, and coordination with recruiting, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Critical Solutions teams. The role also supports employee selection and onboarding, provides IFM subject-matter expertise and training, maintains secure and efficient document management, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and programs. The work is generally office-based and involves extended periods sitting and using a computer, with occasional standing and possible travel of up to 20%. Because the role has a global footprint, meetings outside traditional working hours may be required. Cushman & Wakefield states that eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The stated compensation range is $123,250 to $145,000.
