About The Position

The Global Head of Product Analytics & Insights leads Invesco’s global product research and insights function, managing 12 direct reports across the Americas and International teams. The role develops a global analytics and insights framework combining market data, client demand signals, competitive intelligence, pricing analytics, and performance trends. It oversees client demand grids, product intelligence, reporting optimization, global macro product strategy, commercial alignment, thematic prioritization, cross-regional product integration, and strategic planning and execution. The position enables product decisions rather than owning product strategy or decisions. It provides analytics, insight-driven content, and forward-looking observations to inform product roadmap prioritization, pricing and competitiveness, client demand and segmentation, and regional and global go-to-market strategies. The role translates complex datasets into executive-ready materials and partners with product, investment, distribution, and marketing teams, tailoring insights to local markets while maintaining global comparability. It also participates in enterprise forums and supports select client and consultant engagements with perspectives on market trends and product positioning. Reporting to the Global Head of Product Enablement, the role requires strategic thinking, exceptional influence, and the ability to build alignment across senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed global environment. The position is based primarily in New York, London, or Atlanta, with other hubs such as Houston or Downer’s Grove also possible. Proximity to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in New York or London is strongly preferred. Under Invesco’s workplace policy described in the posting, employees are expected to spend at least four full days each week in an Invesco office.

  • Understanding of investment product structures and vehicles, including mutual funds, ETFs, CITs, SMAs, and private market strategies.
  • Experience integrating strategic planning and analytical functions to support commercial decision-making and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance perspectives across investment, distribution, and operational stakeholders to build consensus and influence outcomes.
  • Track record of managing or restructuring teams to improve strategic impact, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional go-to-market strategies with data-driven analysis of client needs, competitive positioning, and product differentiation.
  • Act as a center of excellence for industry theme-related analytics used across institutional, wealth, intermediary, and retirement channels.

  • Participate in enterprise-level forums as the voice of data, evidence, and market intelligence.
  • Support select client and consultant engagements by providing insight-based perspectives on market trends and product positioning, not product sales.
  • Lead a team of 12 direct reports across Americas and International Product Research & Insights teams.
