About The Position

This role drives and executes internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function. It provides analytical and administrative support for processes and tools to promote adherence to enterprise-wide standards. The position monitors and tests controls, implements quality assurance and quality control processes, and evaluates data to identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation. The role supports Client Operational Services and may also include managing associates.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment supporting Client Operational Services, ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
Support monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation.
Implement optimized controls and enhanced quality assurance practices to support business continuity efforts.
Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews to improve employee performance and control effectiveness.
Perform quality assurance activities, including executing controls, managing cases, and reporting results.
Identify opportunities for testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trend analysis, test script updates, and coaching to improve the quality assurance program.
Support management and research for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews.
Evaluate inspection-related data and information to support governance activities and dashboard reporting.
If managing associates, foster inclusion, promote process knowledge and data-driven decisions, communicate business rationale, manage risk, coach and develop employees, manage expenses, support talent development, and deliver business outcomes through effective team management.
