We're seeking a Global Field Marketing Manager to own WorkJam's worldwide event strategy and execution while driving cross-functional project coordination across our marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is critical to our lead generation efforts and brand visibility in the frontline workforce management space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of B2B event marketing experience required, with demonstrated experience managing multiple events independently
  • Experience managing both large-scale events and smaller regional programs
  • Proven ability to work across multiple time zones and with global teams
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking with strong aesthetic judgment for brand representation
  • Excellent communication skills for working with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking
  • Ability to travel occasionally for key events globally (approximately 10-15%)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Strong English skills to interact with global colleagues outside Quebec. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in workforce management, HCM, or enterprise software
  • Knowledge of retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or distribution industries
  • Experience working in or with international markets
  • PMP or similar project management certification

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of WorkJam's global event portfolio, from major trade shows to regional field events and webinars
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for large-scale events (trade shows, industry conferences, customer summits)
  • Organize smaller regional events, roadshows, executive dinners, and virtual events across multiple geographies
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
  • Manage all event vendor relationships globally including negotiation, contracting, and on-site coordination
  • Evaluate new event opportunities across all tiers and regions, making recommendations based on strategic fit and ROI potential
  • Partner with sales teams globally to maximize customer and prospect engagement at events
  • Track and report on event performance metrics across all event types and regions
  • Coordinate event staffing and brief team members on goals and messaging
  • Drive cross-functional project coordination across brand, product marketing, and demand generation teams
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring marketing initiatives stay on track
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Serve as central coordination point between marketing functions to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve for resource constraints
  • Support Director of Marketing with special projects and initiatives
  • Manage global marketing calendar and ensure alignment across all activities
  • Help optimize marketing workflows and processes
  • Track and manage the marketing budget across all programs
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate budget records
  • Provide regular budget status reports to Director of Marketing and finance team
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies
