Join our international team as a Field Service Representative to service Imaging equipment in the greater Montreal area.
Requirements
- Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
- Bilingualism English / French language: Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
- Must have a valid passport
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites
- Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access
Nice To Haves
- Field service experience in diagnostic imaging would be an asset
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and displays strong attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
- Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
- Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
- Controlling and completing electronic documentation
- Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
- Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
- Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support
