About The Position

Motorola Solutions Global Education creates training strategies and designs, develops, and delivers training content across the company's solutions and product portfolio. Its training services support the educational needs of customers, partners, and employees.

Under the direction of Global Education, the Summer 2027 Intern will work with the Global Training Content Team to help design and develop internal or external training content. The intern will participate in program implementation, content design and development, and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with a graduation date during or after December 2027.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, with solid organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of content development tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Work with Global Education content developers to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of training assets.
• Integrate generative AI tools, such as Google Gemini, Google Notebook, and Claude Code, into learning design processes to accelerate development and scale content creation.
• Communicate project progress and business value to leadership and peers.
• Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Provide additional support to the training team as needed.
