About The Position

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Change & Communications Specialist to join its Change Management and Communications Center of Expertise (CoE). The role supports product portfolios that deliver BCG employees’ digital workforce experience and operates as part of a surge-capacity team that can ramp up or down across portfolios as priorities shift. The specialist applies change management knowledge while collaborating with agile product delivery teams and other CoE experts to shape how BCG employees work, make decisions, and adopt digital products. The position is focused on internal company marketing, communications, and change management, not client-facing work. The role executes change strategies for digital products to drive and embed adoption behaviors. The specialist engages portfolio teams to understand priorities and roadmaps, identifies upcoming changes and behaviors that support adoption, and collaborates with cross-functional teams, designers, and vendors. The position requires adapting quickly to different portfolios and team norms while managing expectations across multiple workstreams. For US locations, the Atlanta base salary range is $73,000–$89,500. Total compensation also includes an annual discretionary performance bonus of up to 12%, retirement contributions starting at 5% and increasing to 10% after two years, and the benefits described in the posting.
