CEDSA serves multiple bureaus and offices, including Portland Permitting and Development, the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, Portland Housing Bureau, Prosper Portland, Portland Children's Levy, the Office of Arts and Culture, and the Spectator Venues Program. This analytical GIS position manages, integrates, analyzes, and shares GIS data and mapping products that support City and CEDSA projects and programs. The current schedule is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work potentially required for meetings. Remote work must be performed within Oregon or Washington. In-person work is at 810 SW 5th Ave, Portland, Oregon. The City is reevaluating its return-to-office policy, which could change in-person requirements with notice. The position is represented by Professional Technical Employees, Local 17 (PROTEC17). Starting pay is determined based on directly related and equivalent experience listed in the applicant’s resume, consistent with the Oregon Equal Pay Act.
