About The Position

CROSSMARK is hiring a full-time Gift Card Territory Specialist to merchandise products for a renowned technology brand at local retail stores. The role involves independently managing a territory, maintaining gift card and product displays, communicating product information to store personnel, and helping drive sales. The specialist will build relationships with store employees, complete visit reports and training, and ensure scheduled territory visits are covered. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with evenings required periodically.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Availability to travel within the designated market and willingness to transport supplies.
• Access to a computer and printer.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to planograms.
• Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed.
• Build partnerships with store employees.
• Replace graphic signage and clean dedicated fixtures and displays.
• Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing training.
• Independently route and manage the schedule, ensuring territory visits are covered.
• Communicate new product launches and existing product information to store management and personnel.
• Drive sales for the client.
