About The Position

This temporary seasonal position is responsible for fulfilling and shipping gift cards during the Holiday Gift Card promotional period. The role is expected to run from late November through early January and is scheduled for 2–3 days per week, depending on workload. Work takes place in person in Mammoth Lakes, California. The hourly pay rate is $20.00 to $21.47. Successful employment may be contingent upon completing a background check. The essential duties must be performed satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations. Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact well with internal and external clients in person, by phone, and by email.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent skills with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data entry and fulfilment is a plus.
• Understanding of Sirius will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill gift card orders during the Holiday Gift Card promotional period.
