About The Position

This seasonal position is responsible for fulfilling and shipping all gift cards during the Holiday Gift Card promotional period. It is temporary and expected to run from late November through early January, with work scheduled 2–3 days per week depending on workload. The position is performed in person in Mammoth Lakes, California. The hourly pay rate is $20.00 to $21.47. Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact well with internal and external clients in person, by phone, and by email.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent skills with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data entry and fulfilment is a plus.
• Understanding of Sirius will be strongly considered.
