Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Valid EU passport is mandatory.
- A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and an understanding of player communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with gaming platforms.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to players in German, addressing inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve in-game issues, account problems, and technical difficulties with efficiency and empathy.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging player experience within the Gaming & Esports community.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower players and reduce support volume.
- Gather player feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for game features and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge for all supported games and services.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements to ensure consistent quality of support.
