Responsibilities

- Resolve technical queries, account issues, and billing concerns within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s gaming titles to provide expert guidance to the player base.
- Effectively translate game documentation and support resources from English to Greek.
- Escalate critical bugs and platform issues to the technical development teams to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging community environment for players in the Greek market.
