About The Position

Lorien Elkridge is hiring Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to join their award-winning healthcare team. This role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care and assisting residents with daily living activities. GNAs deliver hands-on support under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident. Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Active Maryland CNA I / GNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
