Requirements

Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Hours Available
Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights
Active Maryland GNA license
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate personal care while preserving resident dignity and independence.
Support resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
Help residents during meals and encourage appropriate nutrition and hydration.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Follow all infection prevention, safety, and resident care protocols.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional care.
