Requirements

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and resident care records.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
