Requirements
- Active Maryland GNA (CNA-I) license
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate personal care while preserving resident dignity and independence.
- Support resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
- Help residents during meals and encourage appropriate nutrition and hydration.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Follow all infection prevention, safety, and resident care protocols.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional care.
