About The Position

The Genting Rewards Representative is responsible for greeting guests at the Player's Club, processing applications, and distributing rewards. This role involves providing feedback to the marketing department, assisting with promotions and programs, and communicating effectively with guests. The representative must demonstrate a strong commitment to guest service, understand the impact of their actions on the company, and be able to present new ideas. They need to inspire confidence through business acumen and judgment, and excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple employees and understand player system requirements.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
One (1) years’ experience in guest service.
Knowledge of marketing program and/or ability to learn.
Knowledge of computer systems.
Knowledge of promotional system set up and/or ability to learn.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license through to the New York State Lottery.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
Fluency in English required.
Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference.
Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data.
Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.

Responsibilities

Greets all guests at the Player’s Club.
Processes Player’s Club applications.
Distributes rewards to Player’s Club members as indicated.
Provides feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
Provides assistance in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by supervisory staff.
Receives direction from marketing department and effectively communicate to guest.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
