About The Position

The Genting Rewards Representative is responsible for greeting guests at the Player’s Club, processing applications, and distributing rewards. This role involves providing feedback to the marketing department, assisting with promotions and programs, and effectively communicating marketing information to guests. The position requires a consistent dedication to guests, colleagues, and the Company, demonstrating an understanding of the impact of actions on the business and customer relations. Team members are encouraged to exhibit courage, creativity, and initiative in presenting new ideas and perspectives. A strong focus on guest satisfaction, business acumen, good judgment, and the ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment are essential. Fluency in English is required, with a second language being a plus.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • One (1) years’ experience in guest service.
  • Knowledge of marketing program and/or ability to learn.
  • Knowledge of computer systems.
  • Knowledge of promotional system set up and/or ability to learn.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license through to the New York State Lottery.
  • Ability to understand player system requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work with/for multiple employees.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference.
  • Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data.
  • Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
  • Employees must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all guests at the Player’s Club.
  • Processes Player’s Club applications.
  • Distributes rewards to Player’s Club members as indicated.
  • Provides feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
  • Provides assistance in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by supervisory staff.
  • Receives direction from marketing department and effectively communicate to guest.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
