About The Position

The General Warehouse Representative is part of the warehouse team and contributes to operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and visibility of stock and machine assets. The role combines hands-on warehouse work with organizational, communication, and technical responsibilities. Duties include preparing, documenting, and dispatching shipments; receiving and tracking inventory; supporting Sales Operations and Technical Sales Support; arranging freight transportation; operating warehouse equipment; and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations role.
Valid forklift certification.
Creative and critical-thinking abilities, including navigating ambiguous situations while balancing strategic goals and operational efficiency.
Working knowledge of organizational structures, workflows, and standard operating procedures in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively across departments and with a diverse team.
Positive, solution-focused attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

Process outbound shipments of consumables, service items, and stock machines.
Prepare products, spare parts, returned items, and other shipments using established packaging and labeling procedures, including boxing, bundling, wrapping, crating, and strapping.
Ensure shipments are dispatched with appropriate service levels and correct documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and notify the Warehouse Manager of low or critical stock.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods.
Load and unload freight trucks as needed.
Pick and ship items for Sales Operations for new machine installations and upgrades.
Process and ship materials for the Technical Sales Support department.
Arrange transportation for warehouse-related shipments.
Generate shipping documents and schedule freight pickups as required.
Monitor logistics performance and notify the Warehouse Manager of performance concerns.
Ensure accurate handling and put-away notes for returned or restocked items.
Receive incoming stock, match items with purchase orders, and process goods receipts.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization as needed.
