About The Position

Ferguson is hiring a General Warehouse Associate and Equipment Operator for a second-shift distribution center role. The schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with overtime required as scheduled. The starting rate is $24.50 per hour, and the role is eligible for a monthly performance-based incentive bonus.

The associate supports warehouse operations by receiving inbound shipments, carrying out general warehouse tasks, resolving order issues, and accurately picking and packing goods for dispatch. The role requires adherence to company policies and health, safety, and environmental requirements, as well as regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center role.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register inbound shipments accurately, ensuring all goods are accounted for.
• Perform general warehouse tasks to support the smooth flow of goods.
• Support site management in complying with health, safety, and environmental legislation and complete required documentation and records.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by coordinating with other departments.
• Accurately pick and pack goods for timely and accurate dispatch.
• Follow company compliance and health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.
