Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician at its service, repair, and tire center in Conway, Pennsylvania. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus payments tied to services performed. General Service Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. The position includes a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
