Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Cincinnati, Ohio. No experience is needed; paid training is provided. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus payments tied to services performed. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. The position includes a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend.
- Ability to lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
- Motivation to learn; paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
