Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician at its service, repair, and tire center in Heath, Ohio. The position offers guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonus potential tied to services performed. No experience is required; paid training is provided. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. The role offers a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off, and opportunities for career growth, including ASE certification support and pay increases for credentials.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
