Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and a member of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Butler, Pennsylvania. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus payments tied to services performed. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, helping customers' vehicles operate safely. The position offers opportunities for career growth, including ASE certification support, pay increases for credentials, and promotion from within.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Value dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels.
