Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Arvada, Colorado. No experience is required; paid training is provided. The position offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus potential tied to services performed. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. The role involves providing quality automotive service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and to lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels.
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
