About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Cicero, New York. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus potential tied to services performed. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. The company offers a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off, and provides support for career development, tools, and uniforms.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Value dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus but is not required.
