Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Westerville, Ohio. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay with additional weekly bonus potential, paid training, and opportunities for career growth, including ASE certification support and pay increases for credentials. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Automotive experience is not required; motivated individuals will be trained.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels.
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
- Provide quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment.
