About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time General Service Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Northfield, Ohio. The role provides guaranteed hourly base pay plus weekly bonus payments tied to services performed. No prior experience is needed; paid training is provided. General Service Technicians install tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, helping keep customers' vehicles operating safely.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be able to stand, walk, and bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Value dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels.
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
- Provide automotive service to help keep customers' vehicles operating safely.
